[Wikitech-l] RFC: JSON Validation

Legoktm and I have submitted an RFC regarding JSON validation in MediaWiki 
core. In general, the issue is that we currently have two in production, each 
having something the other does not, and we need to figure out what our 
requirements are and then consolidate around one.
