Here are the minutes from this week's TechCom meeting:

* Discussed updates to the Gerrit +2 policy:


* Last Call ending Wed September 11 at 15:00 UTC (08:00 PST, 17:00
CEST). Define criteria for setting explicit PHP support target for
MediaWiki 

* Closed Provide access to WebRequest and associated information via a
service object  in favor of
Introduce ActingUser to represent the user performing the current
request  approach

* No IRC meeting next week

This is not a trivial query to perform. There are various strategies and 
possible data sources:

If you only care about identity reverts, working with rev_sha1 might be 
enough for you.
