Hello,
The 1.36.0-wmf.29 update had been blocked on a caching issue apparently
caused by the FeaturedFeeds extension:
* MemcachedPeclBagOStuff: Serialization of 'Closure' is not allowed

The fix got reviewed and backported today and I will thus promote
1.36.0-wmf.29 to group 0 and immediately after to group 1 starting at
14:00 UTC today (15:00 CET).
If all goes well, I guess I can try to promote all the remaining wiki as
well or we might do it later today (at the usual 20:00 UTC).
