What is the difference between the download possiblities: developer's pack and the
source code ?
And the header packet32.h and pcap.h ? What is important for Windows ?

winpcap based application, as well as some examples.
The source code contains the sources of WinPcap (dlls as well as the kernel
driver), and it's useful only if you are interested in modifying the driver.
