Take your pick from the adapters, but the Sipura (looks like Linksys bought
them) adapters have worked flawlessly here for us. You can also download a
free soft phone to a local laptop (at home) or a workstation and use it

Guys,
I'm nearing an operational state here, at long last.
Now I'm looking at the fiddly-bits that I've
overlooked or minimized for some time.
It has occurred to me that you must have
a preferred brand or style of mounts for
subscriber gear.
(FYI - all my gear will be Motorola Canopy)
I've
Thanks, Mac.
This unit looks like the end that will go at my house Going from IP
data to a standard analog phone. FXS port. Good.
I know very little about VoIP, but now, I need to find something to
connect to the extension at the shop. To go from a POTS line to IP
data. An FXO port?
I prefer the long universal mounts (from Streakwave), they help get around
rooftops with big overhangs and can be reversed for height or distance from
wall.

I have a rebel for my DS3 circuit and it works great. It was simple to
set up and has run flawlessly since I plugged it in almost 6 months ago.
I haven't used it for anything other than a straight router though, all
NAT and traffic shaping takes place in MT. The only reason for this is
that
Tripods, and chimney mounts come from Ronard industries.

Hi,
I am only posting this here because I know a lot of people are running
Imagestream routers... I have a used dual DS3 card (532DE) that we no
longer need (upgraded to an OC3). Hit me off list if you are interested.
thanks,
Travis
