Here are links to three different state interactive broadband mapping projects that are in progress by connected nation. By far the IL version seems to be the most useful in my opinion. You can turn layers on for cable, DSL, fixed wireless and mobile broadband. I'd be curious to see what you IL WISP's think of how well they represent your particular coverage areas.
