the document to the customer over email and then the tech has a
signature page that they sign. Our lawyer, says they should sign it and
we should retain it.

Funny, we were just talking about this today. During sign-up we were
going to give customers a website to go to where they can electronically
sign the contract and then we file that away. We're trying to reduce
paperwork as much as possible.
