Attempted command line entry: kdesudo wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program
Files/Dude/dude.exe
generates an error.

It doesn't appear that you're escaping the space in "Program Files"
- try:
kdesudo wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Dude/dude.exe
Post full error otherwise.
