I have a potential customer that would like to keep their AOL email address,
but wouldn't want to pay to do so. Does anyone know if a paid AOL user can
switch to their free email?

Yep. I have lots of customers do that. I think they just call and tell
AOL they have a new broadband provider so drop the dialup, but they want
to keep the e-mail.

Yes, very simple-just go to keyword billing and can switch in a few minutes.
Everything is the same except you do not get 24/7 phone tech support.
Nothing else changes.
