How much is everyone paying for good quality bandwidth? We're in the market for 10Mbps - 20Mbps and we're seeing pricing around $100 a meg for the bandwidth only (we'll be providing our own transit via wireless). This is for Sprint bandwidth via fiber (upstream has two OC12 circuits and
