Does one's WISPA membership need to be expired before the yearly cycle resets? Example: Account expired on 09/2016. WISP just renewed now. It shows it expiring 09/2017 instead of 12/2017. How does one "roll the date" so to speak, like you can do with your inspection/etc to get it in sync
