I am looking for WISP operators who have been interested in applying for RUS Loans but did not apply or could not apply because Open Range had previously be awarded a $267,000,000 loan covering areas that you would have sought loan funds for. I need these operators to contact me as soon as possible! This is very important and I will give you more information as I know it.
