Surely I cannot be the only one out there with this problem with "secureserver.net" and their arbitrary blocking scheme. We've been getting customer complaints that their email is being rejected with something like: Dynamic pool 12.xx.xx.xx. http://unblock.secureserver.net/?ip=12.xx.xx.*
We don't have a spamming problem and work actively to get our customer's virus-ridden machines cleaned up. We also are not listed in any Real Time Blacklists, yet they still have us blocked. Emails to their service go unanswered. One reponse they gave to one of our customers was that they were using an "improper" reverse DNS entry. Yet, their forward and reverse DNS entries match and are self explanatory. Am I the only one dealing with these crazy people?
