[WISPA] Interference on 11GHz

Anyone know who we would contact at the FCC to help determine what is causing us interference on our 11GHz link? Seems to have started as soon as Clear started putting a ton of 11GHz gear on one of our broadcast points. They are saying they conducted a study and no interference was found.
