So i heard back on pricing today for the 100 watt propane TEG. $7960
plus a $300 mount.
It's a cool idea but a Generac 7kw propane genset for $1900 with free
Amazon Prime shipping seems to be a better deal...

With a genset, you are not looking at any major maintenance, maybe a
few hours / year. and if it dies , you buy another one and you are
still under the amount a TEG would cost. Hell, you could buy 4 gensets
for the price of a TEG.
