I'd contradict that. MAYBE NOT A GOOD SOURCE FOR FREE SUPPORT. But what do you expect is free software. The makers of Freeside are very intelligent, but ofcourse they make their money on support. You may have to pay for it, but the support is good, from what I've heard. Tom DeReggi RapidDSL
