I'm too busy hooking up clients. Had a R52H radio go bad yesterday and it
looked like a dead RB133. No power lights or anything. Then as soon as I
took the R52H radio out the board would work. Weird.

I really agree with Bell Canada here. What they need to do though is
bill the wholesalers the overage charges for the bandwidth
