That does not mean they are having issues, just that they do not
support recursive lookups (considered a security issue in most cases).

Ok... I am open for more ideas. I am still unable to resolve
www.etsy.com, but I am able to ping and traceroute from my DNS servers
to their IP addresses.
This is the ONLY domain I am having problems with... no other issues,
no other support calls... just this single domain?

I'd check your DNS cache. There is a good chance that your DNS server
failed to resolve etsy.com at some point and then cached that bad result.

1. Can you see the site when you use an outside web proxy/anonimizer?
If so, it might be your upstream provider's fault.
2. Have you done anything to your network that would limit the MTU?
Some satellite internet systems can't reach sears.com (this has lasted
for months still isn't fixed)
I have cleared the cache multiple times, and even rebooted the server.
No change.

Hi,
We have a CableOne connection we use for testing outside access to our
network, etc. If I switch to that connection, everything works fine.
No changes to the network. This started Friday around 12:00 noon and is
still a problem right now.

Travis,
Probably a peering issue with your upstream provider. Run Visual Route on
both connections, and see where it stops. But knowing you, you have
probably done this 10 times..:-)
