My brother is looking for some better service than Dish. He's in the
subdivision near Kraemer and Imperial Hwy. Anyone got an
infrastructure in that area? Seems like it should have several
players. He's looking for some Ethernet.

I am very familiar with most of the Orange County area and I am not sure
that there is ANY fixed wireless companies there.
The challenge would be overwhelming IMO. If there are fixed wireless I
would bet money that they are servicing businesses only.
