This looks like a tax for pay per click advertising? Unless something has changed recently, there is no sales tax on services in MO. We only charge sales tax if we sell hardware to a customer like an indoor router, switch, etc. Our tax guy didn't say anything about a change this year. We maintain ownership of the CPEs and charge for installation service not the hardware. You might want to find a local tax guy to go over some of the dos and don'ts with you.
