We use a ton of these and take the gfi outlets out. I have a box of
~100 outlets that are just sitting there.. Kind of the like the ubnt
power supplies...

The 12x12s are $33 at home depot I think. Agree you have to be careful with
the screws.

I use to use those boxes (same as Lowes) but the issue was after opening
them a few times, the screw holes would get stripped out by a heavy handed
tech, or power screwdriver. They cost around $54 [image: Inline image 1] and
for $30 more you can get a real outdoor Huffman NEMA heavy gauge metal box
For micro-pops we use 12x12x6 plastic box from home depot. Big enough for a
rb750up power supply and a duplex outlet.

Hi folks,
What kind of site or software you use to control the agenda of customers
installations and projects to install new POPs (example: a new tower, involves
the erection of the tower, electrical, installation and configuration of
radios, switches..)

We use a lot of Hoffman 18"x18"x6" boxes... best to have a little more room
then you plan as it is hard to go back and change out for a bigger box, and
easy not to use a little extra space.

What do you guy use for small NEMA waterproof enclosures? These would be
the size to hold three UBNT PoE and a small (four-port) switch and
corresponding AC adapter, and an electrical block with four receptacles
for plugging in the aforementioned items.
Thanks,

I guess I wouldn’t need that one. They provided me with 2 of them, would need 4
more. Since its not my gear and I am ordering it, was all I was thinking. If
something cheaper works that’s fine with me. thanks

Do you HAVE to have the Ethernet POE? I use them (have one in my hand now) but
if I have local power I use the much cheaper AIR-PWR-B= They are about 8 bucks
all over the place.
The 3 ways I power a 1602:
POE Switch

Anyone know where you can get the 341-0212-01 for the new Aironet 1602 at a
decent price? We are doing a project that they provided the equipment through a
grant. They provided one big cisco switch that does POE, but we have wireless
bridges to other buildings and no POE switches at the remote s
Those are way cheaper at Tessco.
