Ironically, ISTM that would probably be good for WISPs. If the FCC
decides that 10 Mbps is the baseline and areas that don't get it
become eligible for USF subsidies, areas with WISP unsubsidized
competitors are among those likely to be hit by subsidized new
entrants (usually ILECs). 4 Mbps isn't spectacular but other than HD
video, it is adequate for most applications. Some 5 GHz systems can of
course go faster than 10 Mbps, but it would be a real crunch on 900
MHz and TVWS networks, low frequencies needed in wooded areas.

It should not be expanding the tilde with incorrect casing, that's odd. I'd
try putting the full path in instead of the tilde notation

Android would be good as well none of those quick links works on android
platform would love to listen on way to the office. TuneIn radio would be a
good way to get across all the platforms.

You can look through the archives on the site for previous topics that have
been covered and download them to listen.
We are looking for input from ISPs on things that are useful and of interest to
you, the listeners. If there is a particular topic you would like to hear a
show on let me know. I can't promise we can get an expert in that field to do
one but we will certainly do our best to fill the requests.

The site is vendor neutral so all manufactures, vendors, and suggestions are
welcomed. If you are a vendor, manufacturer, or WISP with a topic of interest
to the community, contact me off-list to become a speaker. These should be
useful, informational topics, and not just a sales pitch for your products.
