Well it was stupid on their part.
They doubled the number of antennas for distributors to stock, while reducing
functionality at a higher price. None of that makes any sense. Well, other than
more revenue for them.

No, I don't mean that.
I mean a connectorized twist-port. That's a connectorized horn vs. a horn and a
separate connectorized twist-port. That also means that you can't used
connectorized radios with their other twist-port antennas. Also, it costs more
this way.

It's such a shame that they didn't just make a connectorized twist-port. That
severely limits the platforms.

I'm testing some different antennas w/ the 450 series. What are people
using for a pole mounting bracket on these access points?

Carrier Class horn - uses pigtails (not a twist port).

Chad. what did you have to do to get the ePMP 2000 into a horn? do they
have the adaptors for it yet?

You can still install new devices under your WBS (Part 90Z WBS)
licenses. They just don't get "incumbent" status, wherein you can
register a big protection zone in the SAS, when CBRS comes along. The

One last question: How do you compare the epmp 2000 vs the 450i and 450m?

Our test sector, upgraded from 90 degree ePMP1000, went from 2-3Mbps upload
speeds to 20-30Mbps.
Download has improved as well.

I don't believe they do epmp2000 in 120*, so while your point is valid, I
don't think this mistake can be made =)

I was checking to see if anyone has some epmp 1000 experience in noisy
environments.
What have your experiences been?
