[WISPA] Recommendations for equipment to create 15 mile 20 Mbit PtP link?

What unlicensed gear would you suggest to create a 15 mile PtP link, mostly over water (with clear LOS) that'll run at ~20 Mbits through most weather? Very high reliability is not required, and minimum cost is preferred. If there are any vendors on the list that would be able to quote such
