One thing, I don't know what kind of RF backhauls you are using, but the Motorola PTP radios have a feature that disconnect the Ethernet briefly to reset any Spanning Tree functions on the switch. Check the radios and see if they are dropping briefly, causing the Ethernet disconnects. Eric
