You need to locate the 471 that was issued for the contract and that will
delineate the services that were included. Sometimes there is not enough
detail. This information is public record and you can request the
information from the school district.

Yes. You can search past 471 at the USAC website using the search tool. You
will need to determine what the BE discount rate is and then back that out
of the contracted amount to determine what the school actually pays.
