Chiming in with personal opinion.
Rick is correct in decision. After studying the organization's of
government in Texas and Dallas recommendations as well as effectiveness of
daily decisions on virus containment, and looking at Texas stats of
infections as of today... it is apparent to me that
President to address the nation at 9PM eastern about the
administrations current actions and additional new response(s) to
virus.

I know this would be a hardship for WISPA’s finances so I think we should
all pull together to make sure WISPA doesn’t suffer financially.
