Such thing exists? It seems I need to first look for commitments, then get BE number, then search for form 471's and get in in html... Yes. You can search past 471 at the USAC website using the search tool. You need to locate the 471 that was issued for the contract and that will delineate the services that were included. Sometimes there is not enough detail.
