We give our installers one month package rate bonus for any new customers they sell. We also do this for door hanger kids or customers that refer clients. The installer will hang a few door hangers in the area they are in if they have time between installs. If they sign up a $99/mth sub they

We pay our customer svc. Employees a spiff on each sale they close. Our resi marketing efforts are designed to drive calls to our CSR staff. We want our staff to have a real incentive to convert those calls into sales. This also gives them an incentive to follow up with people who call in but
