I appreciate everyone’s input and we need more input for future
 events.

 __ __

WISPA may not make a dime on this show as it is a Union town and our
expenses are very high. However, the impact this show is having on
 the industry will be priceless.

 __ __

We will learn from this show as we do on all shows and try to
improve for future events. This show will be spectacular but
honestly, I am struggling with budgets right now. Our food/drink
expenses are higher than what people have paid to attend. I hope I
don’t need to cut some things out, but I may have to make some minor
adjustments. A gallon of coffee is $75 plus service fees of 25% and
tax of 12%. This is compounded on every other consumable that we
 will be serving.

 __ __

I’m not going to say we won’t do it in Vegas every year, but from my
perspective, the charges to attend, exhibit and sponsor may have to
 increase if we do.

I agree. Flights are cheap, rooms are cheap, food is cheap. There
are lots of choices for the actual show, and plenty to do after
hours for everyone. I have been asking for a WISPA show in Vegas for
5+ years now... glad it's finally going to happen. :)

Actually, Link Technologies is hiring a professional cigar roller to work in
their booth one day.

DISCLOSURE* That's an inside joke for early WISPA/Microtik people. It
is no way intended to be derogatory.

People from Latvia are a lot of fun when you take them partying. They blow
away most of us US attendees

Miss you guys. Hope you have fun in Vegas!

We just topped 550 registrations. Although there is overlap, I would guess
the combination of WISPAPALOOZA, Ubiquiti AirMax, Motorola Service Provider
Town Hall, Mikrotik MUM, Azotel Training, Redline Training, Trango Training
and FISPAlive will account for at least 1000 different attendees for the
week.
