Gino is exactly right on this. Post any COMMENTS you guys feel relevant! I am 
on a lists that have MANY telecommunications lawyers on this list and they are 
even talking about it...<cyberteleco...@listserv.aol.com>. Look it up and join 
that list...not a lot of it affects us, but MUCH of it does! I have been on the 
list since early 2000 to see what FCC rulings help or hurt us as ISP's from the 
dial-up days to NOW. This is to be the OPENNESS supposedly before the new 
government and the FCC.

A small quote from one lawyer "And, honestly, there's a bunch of stuff that 
happens at the agency level that doesn't really require an attorney.  What they 
really need to do is talk to the network guys, the engineers without the 
lawyers in the room."

Another good site is OpenInternet.gov .

The FCC has pretty much told the microphone guys in the 700 Mhz to get another 
frequency to allow for broadband deployment. We NEED to make sure our voice is 
heard and they allow this as a spectrum WE CAN USE, and not auction it off to 
the existing ILEC/Cellphone providers!
