I've been pretty happy with Jeffco SoHo (jeffcosoho.com/catalog) - though
I imagine part of this is the fact that they're reasonably close to me, so
I can order stuff with cheap ground shipping and still get it the next
day. :)

Seriously, they're reasonably priced, have most MT gear in stock, can hook
you up with advice/consulting if you need it, and offer a WISPA member
discount.
