He took the elevator up to the top work platform. The tower has an elevator within the center of the structure. The blunt trauma is probably from falling from above and landing on the platform. A little over a year ago, before my father in law passed away, we got a call from the police that they had found him walking down the street in nothing but his underwear and under shirt and bare footed.
