The three page executive summaries for the BIP/BTOP applications are now on broadbandusa.gov. They have also added the state for the proposed project area and contact e-mail address. Applicants have removed confidential information from the executive summary and not all applicants submitted an executive summary. Applicants were not required to submit a public version of their executive summary.
