Just so some of you know, I know there are a number of WISPs out there that have started out with something like a Birch T1 for some stupid price of $299 delivered, but regardless. I just got them to actually route me a block of IPs, I have the name and number of the people who you need to talk to, just in case you wanted to route in some IPs for your customers.
