One tip for the Skywalker mount (I used them all the time they're great) is to use a die set and retool all the screws or you will have issues taking them off and putting them on. They used crappy tool and die and its painful if you don't. It's time consuming I know but do it or you'll hate yourself. Awhile back someone posted some information about a particular mount they really liked. It was similar to the one below.
