I have a tower running 3x120 sectors, MT AP's RB532's. Ethernet
Check what the connect speed is set to. I had problems when the ethernet
link speed was set to auto on a few boards the problem went when I manually
set the speed.

You need to replace the 532 with something else (411, etc.). We are
seeing a ton of ethernet errors on all of our remaining 532's and have
started swapping them out just a week ago.

Yes. Drops would lead me to believe a bad crimp. You may be able to
just re-crimp the connectors, but replacing connector on both ends would
be safer.
