Hi All,

I suggest that WISPA support this proposal. Naturally only those who are members will count when it comes time to decide to support this or not, but I think ideas and comments from everyone would be welcome and a good idea.

In a nut shell, you all know we've already been working hard to get the TV white spaces (unused spectrum between TV channels) opened up as unlicensed. The Nuclear power industry has already been using those bands in some places for in plant communications devices. Now they want to lock everyone else out for the next 5 years. This proposal calls that a bad idea.

laters,
Marlon
