I wanted to take a moment to forward along the attached press release as well as a letter from our President Jim Chinnick to inform you that Wave Wireless has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with VCom Inc. for the sale of WaveRider Communications Inc., which includes the operational and intellectual property assets related to WaveRider's 900 MHz product line.
We are all quite excited about this new development. To provide you with some background on VCom, they are an 18 yr. old Canadian Company which has been profitable since their first year, and are listed as VCM on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Their market has been engineering and selling products which enable broadband access to cable, wireless and telephony networks.
