Ok.. i've added your WISP to the map.. it works fine ..
if you want to add more points...

1. 
go to http://wifi-hotspot.wirelessinternetcoverage.com/inputpreview.html
2. Zoom into the place where you want your point
3. fill in the last form at the bottom
4. check USE CURRENT GPS "ON"
5. go to http://evdo-coverage.com/wireless-internet-service/
to see your point.
