We just have shelf space for the things we need. In addition to the part number we have a minimum stock number on the label too. When someone sees the level low we order more. There are inventory management mechanisms for more complicated problems than that. PeachTree did a nice job of inventory management back when I used it 10 years ago. We also have a retail store so we have all equipment and products in our inventory system in the point of sale software.
