[WISPA] Mobile Access Centers

UPDATE  -   Each of our initial three (3) response teams will be equipped with satellite internet access and combined with our mesh gear.  We will be providing a Mobile Access Center with WIFI and VOIP services for those folks that have had to relocate and/or relief support personnel to make contact with family.  We have lined up a VOIP provider in the TX area to provide us with the phones and service.     Jeff
