The FCC seems to have finally realized that Form 477 is pretty much a joke, and they apparently want to rewrite it or do other stuff to it. This also ties in with a Notice of Inquiry: http://hraunfoss.fcc.gov/edocs_public/attachmatch/FCC-07-21A1.pdf The above says, as near as I can tell, "477 is a Kleenex tissue of lies." Hey, at least they admit it. Commissioner Michael Copps: "Our statistical methodology seems almost calculated to obscure just how far our country is falling behind many other industrialized nations in broadband availability, adoption, speed and price..."
