I want to use the MT router outgoing IP as the incoming mail server and
only have it work/forward to g-mail when that IP is being used.
exmaple: my incoming mail server will be 69.69.69.69 and have it
magically get to a specified IP address.

Are you wanting to redirect all pop3 (TCP/110) to google's pop server
(pop over ssl on port TCP/995)? Maybe I
address alone...it likely requires a host

I'm getting connection refused.
I'm assuming I should set my incoming mail server to my office router's
outgoing IP address...correct?

Keep in mind this is only an IP, and pop.gmail.com resolves to many
for a reason and I have *NOT* personally tested this.
#where ether2 is your lan interface
/ip firewa nat
add chain=dstnat in-interface=ether2 dst-port=110 protocol=tcp
action=dst-nat to-addresses=74.125.95.109 to-ports=995

Is the traffic coming from inside your LAN?
Keep in mind you need to use 995 for Gmail's POP (SSL).

We have an office router which has a fairly locked down network. We have
recently setup good apps on a staff domain and I want to setup port
forward for POP3 to forward to the the pop.gmail.com IP.
MY router has a real routed IP and the WAN interface how can I route
