My apologies for this. I should have contacted Redline directly before
posting to the list of my troubles with our RMA process. Redline does in
fact do repairs after speaking with Dave Rumore at Redline. Sometimes
cutting the middleman out is the best way to go.

Redline has always been responsive to our problems...they make little guys
like us feel important.
