Time.
We all called it 18 months ago that there was no way they were going to be
allowed to proceed. FCC is not going to re-engineer the spectrum for one
company. They have an army of attorneys that will tie any suit up until LS
runs out of money.
I find it unlikely that any argument by LS that
I can tell you one thing is for sure... The two attorneys law firms
will make millions on the lawsuit before ending up bankrupting Lightsquared.
Just my .02 cents worth also
