Can anyone recomend a good PCMCIA type 802.11b/g wireless card which
comes with its own 802.1X supplicant software? It needs to support
WPA/TKIP with PEAP or TTLS and supplicant software is required because
windows versions prior to XP did not include WZC. I quite like the
Cisco a/b/g card but

The Cisco card works well with all/most brands of APs. I have never encountered
a problem with the
Cisco a/b/g cards that I have.

depends on what kind of wireless solution you using, for cisco LWAPP,
it definitely need be considered.
As wireless devices get IPs as
long as they remain in radio contact, you might consider assign private
IPs first before
The Linksys WET54G (version 2 and above) supports 802.1x with EAP-TLS
or EAP-TTLS. I believe the same is true for Ruckus wireless gateways.

Not quite what you're asking for ... but, if you have to support a small
workgroup, we've used a Top Global 3G/Wifi box to do ad-hoc, mobile
support. Used ours with Verizon and Sprint 3G cards; has a wired
ethernet port in addition to the 11b access point. Great way to do an
off-site meeting
