WiSM 5.0.148.0 Upgrade Lost Service IP

I tried to upgrade one wism from 4.1.185.0 to 5.0.148.0. I loaded both 5.0.148.0 main image and boot image. After the upgrade, wism lost the service IP. Rebooted the wism again still no luck. The service IP is configured to use DHCP but couldn’t get one. I downgraded it back to 4.1.185.0 then
