Android phones having strange issues

Good afternoon. Looks like the Internet is still working after the eclipse! Anyway, we have a few users that get "Authentication Error" message on their Android phone when attempting to connect to wireless (S7 and S8 so far). "forgetting" the networks don't help either. One of the networks
