Ekahau.
I’m sure there are other products that use open source out there that is free
or cheaper, however you may find that they don’t deliver the same quality of
data as Ekahau, in my opinion. Tools for the trade are always expensive.

I echo Seth's statement. Utilize the 5GHz radio for dense deployments, and
shut down the 2.4GHz radios on AP's where needed, and utilize the 3 channel
plan.
